一.产品概述
CXCH7692是一款高集成度、高性能的电流模式 PWM 控制器芯片.CXCH7692 带
正常负载时，PWM 开关频率可以外部设定；在轻载或者无负载情况下，提供了脉冲
模式功能；具有极低的启动电流和工作电流，有利于启动电路设计，使用大的启动
电阻，可降低待机功耗，提高转换效率；内置同步斜坡补偿电路，改善系统的大信
号稳定性；在反馈输入引脚端内置了前沿消隐电路，能有效去除反馈信号中的尖峰，
减少开关电源系统的外部元器件数量，降低系统的整体成本；采用了频率抖动技术
以及软开关控制技术，很好地改善了开关电源系统的 EMI性能。
CXCH7692 提供了多种保护模式：逐周期电流限制保护(OCP)、过载保护(OLP)、
VDD箝位保护、欠压锁定(UVLO)，以及栅极驱动输出电压箝位。
CXCH7692提供SOP8、SOT-23-6和DIP8三种封装。
