Cxch7691 is a high integrated and high performance current mode PWM controller chip. The built-in power triode of cxch7691 can reduce the number of peripheral components and save system cost. Cxch7691 with normal load, PWM Switching frequency can be set externally; pulse mode function is provided under light load or no load; low starting current and working current are available, which is conducive to the design of starting circuit. Large starting resistance is used to reduce standby power consumption and improve conversion efficiency; synchronous slope compensation circuit is built in to improve the stability of large signal of the system; leading edge is built in the feedback input end The hidden circuit can effectively remove the peak in the feedback signal, reduce the number of external components of the switching power system, and reduce the overall cost of the system; the internal use of frequency jitter technology can improve the audio noise performance.

    CXCH7691是一款高集成度、高性能的电流模式PWM 控制器芯片。CXCH7691内置功率三极管,可减少外围元件数量,并节省系统成本。CXCH7691带正常负载时,PWM 开关频率可以外部设定;在轻载或者无负载情况下,提供了脉冲模式功能;具有较低的启动电流和工作电流,有利于启动电路设计,使用大的启动电阻,可降低待机功耗,提高转换效率;内置同步斜坡补偿电路,改善系统的大信号稳定性;在反馈输入端内置了前沿消隐电路,能有效去除反馈信号中的尖峰,减少开关电源系统的外部元器件数量,降低系统的整体成本;内部采用了频率抖动技术,可改善音频噪声性能。MOG嘉泰姆

   CXCH7691 提供多种保护模式:逐周期电流限制保护(OCP)、过载保护(OLP)、过温保护(OTP)、VDD箝位保护、以及欠压锁定(UVLO)。MOG嘉泰姆
