   CXPR7169-AB CXPR7169-CB CXPR7169-DB CXPR7169-FB* 系列 IC,内置高精度电压检测电路和延迟电路,是用于单节锂离子/锂聚合物可 再充电电池的保护 IC。 本 IC 适合于对 1 节锂离子/锂聚合物可再充电电池的过充电、过放电和过电流进行保护。

 放电过流检测电压 150mV 精度±30mVm7h嘉泰姆

 负载短路检测电压0.85V(固定) 精度±300mVm7h嘉泰姆
