   CXPR7178-AF1A CXPR7178-BF1A CXPR7178-CF1A CXPR7178-DF1A CXPR7178-EF1A CXPR7179-DA1C,内置高精度电压检测电路和延迟电路,是用于锂离子/锂聚合物可再充 电电池的二级保护 IC。 本 IC 适合于对 2 节/3 节锂离子/锂聚合物可再充电电池的过充电进行保护。

CXPR7178 全系列 IC 具备如下特点: HwA嘉泰姆

(1) 高精度电压检测电路 HwA嘉泰姆

 过充电检测电压VCUn HwA嘉泰姆

 过充电释放电压V (n=1,2,3) 4.000~4.550V 精度±20mV CRn HwA嘉泰姆

 待机检测电压V (n=1,2,3) 3.800~4.500V 精度±50mV SBn HwA嘉泰姆

(2) 延迟时间由内部电路设置(不需外接电容) 6.0s 精度±20% (n=1,2,3) 3.500V 精度±0.4V HwA嘉泰姆

(3) 延时时间缩短功能:通过特定的设置可以缩短过充电检测延迟时间。 12ms 精度±50% 例如:当 VC2 =VC3 =VSS,缩短cell1 的过充电检测延迟时间;当VC1 =VC2,VC3 =VSS, 缩短cell2 的过充电检测延迟时间;当VC1 =VC2 =VC3 HwA嘉泰姆

(4) 输出逻辑:CMOS 输出,高电平有效;高电平由稳压器输出 4.7V(典型值)。 ,缩短cell3 的过充电检测延迟时 间。 HwA嘉泰姆

(5) 低耗电流  工作模式 典型值 3.0μA ,最大值 6.0μA(VCelln  待机模式 最大值 0.5μA(V =3.9V) Celln HwA嘉泰姆

(6) 2 节/3 节应用选择:通过外部线路,2 节或 3 节应用可选。 =3.1V) (7) 高耐压设计:绝对最大额定值是 30V。 HwA嘉泰姆

(8) 宽工作温度范围: -40℃~+85℃ HwA嘉泰姆
