Cxdr7507 / cxdr7509 / cxdr7510 series circuits are microprocessor reset circuits used to monitor power supply voltage or battery voltage. This series of circuits do not need peripheral devices, thus improving the reliability of the system and reducing the cost of the system. When the monitored power supply voltage is lower than the preset reset threshold, this series of circuits outputs an effective reset signal; when the power supply voltage rises above the reset threshold, the reset signal will remain effective for at least 140 milliseconds. Cxdr7507 provides open drain reset output, and cxdr7509 / cxdr7510 provides CMOS reset output. The open drain output of cxdr7507 requires a pull-up resistor, which can be connected to a power supply other than VCC or VCC. The reset output of cxdr7507 / cxdr7509 is low effective, and the reset output of cxdr7510 is high effective. In the design, it is ensured that the short-time sudden drop of power supply will not affect the reset output. In the whole temperature range, when the power supply voltage is as low as 1.15V, the reliable output can still be guaranteed. This series of devices use SOT23 package with 3 pins and 5 Pins
