Cxdr7507 / cxdr7509 / cxdr7510 series circuits are microprocessor reset circuits used to monitor power supply voltage or battery voltage. This series of circuits do not need peripheral devices, thus improving the reliability of the system and reducing the cost of the system. When the monitored power supply voltage is lower than the preset reset threshold, this series of circuits outputs an effective reset signal; when the power supply voltage rises above the reset threshold, the reset signal will remain effective for at least 140 milliseconds. Cxdr7507 provides open drain reset output, and cxdr7509 / cxdr7510 provides CMOS reset output. The open drain output of cxdr7507 requires a pull-up resistor, which can be connected to a power supply other than VCC or VCC. The reset output of cxdr7507 / cxdr7509 is low effective, and the reset output of cxdr7510 is high effective. In the design, it is ensured that the short-time sudden drop of power supply will not affect the reset output. In the whole temperature range, when the power supply voltage is as low as 1.15V, the reliable output can still be guaranteed. This series of devices use SOT23 package with 3 pins and 5 Pins

     CXDR7507/CXDR7509/CXDR7510系列电路是用来监测电源电压或电池电压的微处理器复位电路。本系列电路不需要外围器件,从而提高了系统的可靠性,降低了系统的成本。本系列电路在被监测的电源电压低于预先设置的复位阈值时,输出有效的复位信号;当电源电压上升到复位阈值以上时,在至少140毫秒的时间内复位信号还将维持有效。CXDR7507提供漏极开路复位输出,CXDR7509/CXDR7510提供CMOS复位输出。CXDR7507的漏极开路输出需要一个上拉电阻,此电阻可以被连接到VCC或VCC以外的其它电源。CXDR7507/CXDR7509的复位输出为低有效,CXDR7510的复位输出为高有效。在设计上保证短时间的电源突降不会影响复位输出。在整个温度范围内,当电源电压低至1.15V时仍能保证可靠输出。本系列器件采用3个管脚和5个管脚的SOT23封装。yxX嘉泰姆
