Low cost 1.1MHz rail to rail input/output CMOS amplifier CXOA42291 integrator photodiode amplifier and piezoelectric sensor

CXOA42291 (single channel) is a low-cost, rail to rail input/output, voltage feedback amplifier. It provides a wide range of common mode input voltage and output voltage swing, with a minimum operating voltage of 2.1V and a maximum operating voltage of 5.5V. Its temperature range exceeds industry standards: -40 ℃ to+125 ℃. CXOA42291 can provide a bandwidth of up to 1.1MHz with a low consumption current of 42 μ A/channel. Its extremely low bias current (0.5pA) makes it very suitable for use in integrators, photodiode amplifiers, and piezoelectric sensors. The characteristics of rail to rail input/output are an ideal choice for designing dedicated integrated circuits. CXOA42291 can be applied in multiple fields, such as monitoring of security devices, portable devices, battery powered devices, signal processing, and processing of sensor signals in low-power supply systems.
