| CXOA4204内部包括一个运算放大器，一个电压比较器和一个基准电压源。在芯片内部，电压比较器的反相输入端连接到基准压源。CXOA4204 5V到5.5V单电源工作。CXOA4204内部的CXOA4204频率补偿电路，在单位增益应用时也能保持稳定。其输出级采用特别设计，即使在带有负载时只消耗很少的电流。运算放大器的输入和输出均为轨到轨。基准电压源的典型值为1.211V，精度±2%，能够输出或吸收20微安的电流。CXOA4204采用8管脚小外形封装(SOP8)。 | ||||
