     CXLC8957是一款高性能的电流模，可选择工作频率的PWM升压转换器。它具有2.1A，170mΩ的内部功率开关管，可以将5V输入电压转换成12V电压输出，并且输出电流达到500mA。620KHz和1.25MHz的可选频率允许选择较小的电感、更快的瞬态响应。用户可以利用外部补偿引脚设定环路补偿，提高了设计灵活性，允许在输出端接低ESR的陶瓷输出电容。软启动时间可以通过外接电容设定，从而确定启动时输入电流的上升斜率。当关断时，静态电流小于10μA。最低工作电压可达2.5V。这些特点以及1.25MHz开关频率使得芯片成为便携式设备及TFT-LCD显示器的理想解决方案。CXLC8957采用MSOP-8封装，工作温度范围为-40°C 到 +85°C。The CXLC8957 is a high performance current mode, PWM step-up converter with pin selectable operating frequency. With an internal 2.1A, 170mΩ MOSFET, it can generate 12V at up to 500mA output current from a 5V supply. The selectable 620kHz and 1.25MHz allows smaller inductors and faster transient response. An external compensation pin gives the user greater flexibility in setting loop compensation allowing the use of low ESR Ceramic output capacitors. Soft-start is controlled with an external capacitor, which determines the input current ramp rate during start-up. When shut down, it draws＜10μA of current and can operate down to 2.5V input supply. These features along with 1.25MHz switching frequency makes it an ideal device for portable equipment and TFT-LCD displays. The CXLC8957 is available in an 8-pin MSOP package. The device is specified for operation over the full -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
