The CXLC8L049 is an 8-bit single chip micro-controller. It is one of燙XLC8爏eries products. Its memory capacity includes 80 bytes SRAM, 2K *14 bits ROM. Other features include timer RTC and timer TCC, two groups I/O ports, a programmable sound generator (PJTMS) and a LCD module are built in the chip. The LCD module is capable of driving up to 19 segments and up to 4 commons and it supports 1/2 bias or 1/3 bias.
