Cxac8557 includes high-precision constant voltage, constant current primary side controller and power MOSFET, which are used for charger and LED lighting with high performance and simplified peripheral components. Cxac8557 works in the original edge detection and adjustment mode, and optocoupler and TL431 can be omitted. The chip provides a very comprehensive self recovery protection function, including cycle by cycle over-current protection, over-voltage protection, open-loop protection, over temperature protection, output short circuit protection and CS open / short circuit protection. The built-in high voltage start circuit and low chip power consumption make it able to meet the high standby power standard. In constant current mode, current and output power can be adjusted by RS resistance of CS pin; in constant voltage mode, PFM mode can obtain high performance and efficiency
