Cxac8512 integrates PWM controller and 600V high voltage power MOSFET. The cxac8512 has the characteristics of very low standby power consumption (< 100MW), when the AC power supply is 220V AC. And the cost-effective off-line flyback converter is applied in the range of 24W. Cxac8512 provides a complete range of automatic self-healing functions, including cycle by cycle current limiting (OCP), CS short circuit protection, overload protection (OLP), and VDD undervoltage locking (UVLO) and latch functions, including over temperature protection (OTP), over voltage (fixed or adjustable) protection (OVP). Excellent EMI performance and frequency jitter technology are realized with the output soft switch control in the totem pole grid drive.
