CXAC85252 is an off-line constant voltage regulator integrated with 700V high voltage MOSFET. It is specially designed for Buck and Buck-Boost topologies. It outputs 5V stable voltage by default and can work with few peripheral components, thus significantly reducing the BOM cost of the system. It adopts peak current control mode and 30kHz frequency jitter technology, automatically switches to green mode (reduces switching frequency and peak current) at light load, realizes high efficiency (>85%) in full load range, and has built-in multiple protection functions, providing high reliability and safety for household appliances, consumer electronics and standby power systems.
