CXLE86156 采用分段线性恒流技术,可通过外部引脚设定LED灯串的驱动电流,内置高压MOS全贴片方案等光电一体模组生产;LED灯串采用分四段结构,具有高功率因数和低谐波失真,单颗可适应3~12瓦各种LED光电引擎的应用要求;CXLE86156具有线电压补偿功能,当市电输入提高时,IC内部自动反馈降电流,保证1%W/10V的线性调整率;CXLE86156具有过温保护的功能,当系统温度过高时降低输出电流,以达到降低温度的效果。通过片外电阻设置过温点,控制脚悬空时,过温保护点为晶圆温度135℃,反馈到ESOP8引脚为95℃。四段LED高压线性驱动IC,ESOP8封装;90V-135V/180V-260V工作电压范围;220V单颗最大驱动功率12.5W;过温保护,温度点可自由调整;高功率因数,无EMI问题;IC并联,方便适用于大功率工矿灯,投光灯。CXLE86156是一款单通道高功率因数高压线性恒流LED驱动芯片。CXLE86156 采用分段线性恒流技术,通过外部电阻设定LED灯串的驱动电流;LED灯串采用分四段结构,具有高功率因数和低谐波失真,可适应3~12瓦各种LED灯具的应用要求。CXLE86156具有过温保护的功能,当系统温度过高时降低输出电流,以达到降低温度的效果,过温保护点可以通过外部电阻设置。CXLE86156具有线电压补偿的功能,当输入电压过高时降低输出电流,以保证输入功率不随输入电压变化,电流降低的幅度可以通过外部电阻设置。uGv嘉泰姆

系统上电后,D1通过内部的高压JFET给芯片供电,当D1电压超过30V后芯片内部电压稳定,芯片开始工作。CXLE86156 根据整流波形的电压变化选择特定的恒流模块导通,从而改变接入的LED灯数:当输入电压较低时,有部分LED灯点亮;在输入电压较高时,大部分或全部LED灯都点亮。和单段高压线性恒流驱动的方案相比,CXLE86156 不需要填谷电容,具有高功率因数和低谐波失真,同时可以在整个交流周期内,增加LED灯的点亮时间,从而提高LED的利用率和总输出流明数。uGv嘉泰姆
