Cxle86151 is a three-stage dimming IC, which can realize the three-stage dimming function by quickly switching the on / off of the wall switch. The proportion of the three-stage dimming current is 100% - 50% - 10%; the proportion of the luminous flux is about 100% - 45% - 8%; cxle86151 can be used as a high PF scheme, a common valley filling scheme (after the rectifier bridge is electrified), or a 1055 adaptive valley filling scheme; For 220 V application, the maximum value of single IC of high PF scheme is 8 W, the maximum value of single ordinary grain filling is 12 W, and the maximum value of single adaptive grain filling is 17 W, with the flash depth of 5%; for AC220 v high PF scheme, the light string voltage is 220 v-240 V, and for grain filling application scheme, the light string voltage is 240 v-260 V, and the AC120 V is halved on this basis.          CXLE86151是三段调光IC,通过快速切换墙壁开关的ON/OFF,实现三段调光功能,三挡调光电流比例是100%-50%-10%;光通量比例大概是100%-45%-8%; CXLE86151可做高PF方案,也可做普通填谷方案(整流桥后加电解),或者使用1055自适应填谷方案;          220V应用时,高PF方案单颗IC最大8W,普通填谷单颗最大12W频闪深度5%,自适应填谷单颗最大17W频闪深度1%;AC220V高PF方案灯串电压220V-240V,填谷应用方案灯串电压240V-260V,AC120V在这个基础上减半。三段开关调光单通道高压线性恒流LED驱动芯片;采用自适应填谷专利技术;快速关闭开启电源开关时,电流比例依此为100%-50%-10%。

对比图中的实线与虚线可以得出,当市电电压升高时,LED灯串的驱动电压也随之整体升高。由于LED灯芯是恒流驱动,所以LED灯串的两端的电压不变,增加的这部分电压就直接施加在驱动芯片上,使得芯片上的功耗急剧增加。因此采用传统电容填谷方式的高压线性恒流LED驱动随交流电压升高效率会急剧变差,通常从最优驱动点220V开始,交流电电压每上升10V电源效率下降约5%(线性调整率)。4m6嘉泰姆

如图3所示,为CXLE86151 采用自适应填谷的典型应用电路。图中,开关管N1和电解电容C1构成自适应填谷电路,在整流桥输出电压上升阶段,通过开关管对电容充电。充电过程中,CXLE86151 检测整流桥输出电压,当整流输出电压高于某个阈值电压时,SDS3117控制开关管N1停止对电容C1充电。当整流桥输出电压下降低于电容电压时,电容对LED灯串放电。4m6嘉泰姆

图3中,电容C1下极板的电压通过二极管D1隔离后接到CB引脚并送到芯片内部的检测电路,以在上电过程中保护开关管;开关管驱动端通过电容C3,减少开关管开启时的过冲,保护CXLE86151 GATE引脚,同时减少系统EMI干扰。4m6嘉泰姆

如图4是自适应填谷的LED灯串驱动电压波形,Vth1是LED灯串完全点亮的电压,Vth2是电容C1停止充电的电压。一方面,合理地设置电容大小,保证电容C1放电过程中最低电压正好等于Vth1,可以保证交流电220V时,电源系统效率最高;另一方面,当交流电电压升高时,电容C1上最高电压Vth2不会随着升高,在T1和T4时间段,加在LED灯串上的电压不会升高,这样克服了传统填谷电路电源效率随交流电电压升高急剧变差的缺陷,通常从最优驱动点220V开始,交流电电压每上升10V电源效率下降约2%(线性调整率)。4m6嘉泰姆
