Cxac85214 is a constant current power supply chip specially used for LED driving lighting, which is suitable for non isolated step-down constant current power supply scheme with full voltage input range (ac176v ~ ac265v). Built in high-precision current regulation module, integrated with high-precision constant current output module and line voltage regulation module, the output current of the whole power scheme does not change with the change of inductance and led working voltage. A 500V high performance power transistor is integrated in the chip, and the current detection current is used to ensure the chip's power consumption is very low. The chip has very few peripheral components, which greatly reduces the design difficulty and system volume, and greatly reduces the production cost for customers.

            CXAC85214是专用于LED 驱动照明的恒流电源芯片,适用于全电压输入范围(AC176V~AC265V)的非隔离降压型恒流电源方案。内置高精度电流调节模块,集成高精度恒流输出模块和线电压调整模块,实现整机电源方案输出电流不随电感量和LED 工作电压的变化而变化。芯片内集成一颗500V高性能功率管,采用电流检测电流保证芯片的功耗极低。本芯片外围元件非常少,很大程度上降低了设计难度和减少系统体积,为客户大在降低生产成本。本芯片安全可靠,自带输出开路保护和短路保护,CS 电阻短路保护,欠压保护以及芯片温度过热调节等等多重保护功能,最大限度保证用户安全,广泛应用于LED照明领域。本产品性能优良,质量可靠。
