      The CXLE8315 are constant current LED regulators with high current accuracy bA2嘉泰姆

which  applies to single stage step-down power factor corrected LED drivers. bA2嘉泰姆

600V power MOSFET is integrated, which can significantly simplify the design bA2嘉泰姆

of LED lighting system.High accuracy of output current is achieved by samplingbA2嘉泰姆

 the output current directly. Critical conduction mode operation reduces the bA2嘉泰姆

switching losses and largely increases the efficiency.The CXLE8315 is supplied bA2嘉泰姆

from the output directly, and auxiliary winding is not needed.The CXLE8315bA2嘉泰姆

 has multi-protection functions which largely enhance the safety and reliabilitybA2嘉泰姆

 of the system, including VDD over-voltage protection, VDD UVLO, short-circuitbA2嘉泰姆

 protection, LED open protection, cycle-by-cycle current limit and over-temperaturebA2嘉泰姆

Functional  DescriptionbA2嘉泰姆

          The CXLE8315 is a constant current LED regulator which applies to non-isolation step-down LEDbA2嘉泰姆

system with power factor correction. 600V power MOSFET is integrated, which can significantly simplify thebA2嘉泰姆
design of LED lighting system. CXLE8315 works in the critical conduction mode can achievebA2嘉泰姆
excellent line and load regulation, high efficiency and low BOM cost.Start Up When system turn on, the capacitor connected to VDD pin is charged up, while the VDD up to threshold voltage,bA2嘉泰姆
the internal circuits start working. The COMP pin voltage is pulled up to 1.5V quickly, then the system startsbA2嘉泰姆
switching. The system works at 10kHz frequency at the beginning, the COMP voltage rises up gradually, andbA2嘉泰姆
the inductor peak current also rises up. The LED current hence achieves a soft start without overshoot. After the output voltage is built up, the VCC power is supplied by the output voltage through a diode to save thebA2嘉泰姆
consumption of the system.bA2嘉泰姆
