Cxle8133 is a kind of adjustable charge pump circuit which adjusts the output voltage through the switching capacitor. It only needs three capacitors without external redundant components to provide the output driving capacity of up to 300mA. Cxle8133 only consumes a small internal working current when it is powered by battery, so it has a high efficiency when it provides the external driving capacity. In addition, the saving of external components and its small package size make it can be used in a very narrow application environment. The double boost mode is used, which can adjust the internal source to output the frequency switch of the control terminal. At the same time, it also provides over-current protection function in the continuous power supply mode.
