Cxle86106 is a high efficiency, step-down high brightness LED constant current driver chip. Built in 100V / 12a power MOS tube, especially suitable for LED Driver with wide input voltage range.
The cxle86106 adopts the peak current control mode with fixed off time, and its working frequency can reach up to 1MHz, which can reduce the volume of external inductance and filter capacitance, improve efficiency and save PCB area. The minimum turn off time is 620ns, which can be adjusted by the external capacitance, and the working frequency can also be adjusted according to the user's requirements. Add PWM signal at en end to adjust the brightness of LED lamp.
Cxle86106 sets the current flowing through the LED lamp by adjusting the resistance value of the external current detection resistor, so as to set the brightness of the LED lamp. The current flowing through the LED lamp can vary from tens of Ma to 2.5 a.

一.产品概述
CXLE86106是一款高效率，降压型高亮度LED灯恒流驱动芯片。内置100V/12A功率MOS管，尤其适合宽输入电压范围的LED驱动。
CXLE86106采用固定关断时间的峰值电流控制方式，其工作频率最高可达 1MHz，可使外部电感和滤波电容体积减小，效率提高，节省PCB面积。关断时间最小为620ns，并可通过外部电容进行调节，工作频率也可根据用户要求进行调节。在 EN端加PWM信号，可调节LED灯的亮度。
CXLE86106通过调节外置电流检测电阻的阻值来设置流过LED灯的电流，从而设置LED灯的亮度，流过 LED灯的电流可从几十毫安到2.5安培变化。
CXLE86106采用MSOP-16/PP封装。散热片内置接SW脚。
