一.产品概述qJd嘉泰姆

      CXLE8255是一款固定频率电流模式的升压转换器，内部集成了N-FET，可以驱动串联5~6颗白光LED，LED电流可以通过多种方式来做调整，1.2MHZ的工作频率减小了输入输出电容选择和纹波。OVP管脚避免了输出过压烧毁芯片的可能。内部集成的软启动降低了启动过充电流。还集成了欠压保护、过热保护、过流保护功能。封装为超小型的SOT23-6封装。qJd嘉泰姆

             CXLE8255驱动能力很强，最多可以驱动3串12并共36个LED。qJd嘉泰姆

     The CXLE8255 is a current-mode and fixed frequency boost converter with an integrated N-FET to drive up to 5~6 white LEDs in series. The series connection allows the LED current to be identical for uniform brightness. Its low on resistance of N- FET and feedback voltage reduce power loss and achieve high efficiency. Fast 1.2MHz current-mode PWM operation is available for input and output capacitors and a small inductor while minimizing ripple on the input supply. The OVP pin monitors the output voltage and stops switching if exceeds the over-voltage threshold. An internal soft-start circuit eliminates the inrush current during start-up. It can driver 3(series)*12(parallel) LEDs.qJd嘉泰姆

   The CXLE8255 also integrates under-voltage lockout, over-temperature protection, and current limit circuits. The CXLE8255 is available in a SOT-23-6 package.qJd嘉泰姆
