CXLE88125是一款固定2MHz或者4MHz频率的电流模同步升压型转换器。该芯片可以给两个通道的闪光灯LED应用分别提供恒定电流驱动，单通道电流最大可以提供到1.5A。配备行业标准的I2C串行数字输入接口，用于启用、禁用和设置LED闪光灯的电流。CXLE88125有四个逻辑输入控制端，分别为硬件闪光灯使能（STROBE）、闪光灯中断（TX）、Torch使能信号（TORCH/TEMP）、芯片使能信号（HWEN）。在闪光模式下，LED电流源可以提供从10.9mA到1.5A的128阶目标电流。并且在常亮模式下，可编程电流的范围也可以在0.977mA到179mA的范围内128阶的变化。过压保护功能保证输出电压低于LED开路情况下的过压门限。当输出短路到地时，输出短路保护功能可以限制输出电流。NTC功能会根据温度升高限制输出电流。CXLE88125采用12个引脚的小型封装。（Small 12-bump WSCP package）
