Cxle86124 is a high-voltage dc-dcled driver chip with multiple working modes and wide input / output range, which is internally integrated with 70V / 300m Ω power switch. Cxle86124 can work in the mode of increasing, decreasing and increasing voltage. Its input / output voltage range can reach 3v-60vdc. Cxle86124 can adjust the output current through the external sampling resistor, and the accuracy of the output current can reach ± 3%. Cxle86124 can be PWM and analog dimming via dim pin. The cxle86124 uses a fixed switching frequency of 420khz and can use small size inductors and input / output capacitors. The current mode control makes it have excellent response speed and makes the loop compensation simpler. 一.产品概述
CXLE86124是一款多工作模式、宽输入/输出范围的高压DC-DCLED驱动芯片，内部集成70V/300mΩ功 率开关。CXLE86124可以工作于升压、降压、和升降压模式，其输入/输出电压范围可达3V—60VDC。 CXLE86124可通过外置采样电阻调节输出电流的大小， 其输出电流的精度可达±3%。CXLE86124可通过DIM Pin 进行PWM和模拟调光。CXLE86124采用420kHz 固定开关频率，可使用小尺寸的电感和输入/输出电容。电流模式控制使其拥有 出色的响应速度，并使环路补偿更为简单。 CXLE86124具有多重保护功能，包括过流保护、输入欠压保护、输出过压保护、芯片过热调节等。 CXLE86124采用散热增强的 SOP8-EP 封装。
