Cxle8695 has a built-in high-precision error amplifier. It is a high efficiency, stable and reliable high brightness LED lamp driving control IC, with built-in high-precision comparator, off-time control circuit, constant current drive control circuit, etc., especially suitable for high-power, multiple high brightness LED lamp series constant current drive. The fixed off time control mode can work at a frequency of up to 1MHz, which can reduce the external inductance and filter capacitance, reduce the volume and improve the efficiency. Add PWM signal at the en foot to adjust the brightness of LED lamp. By adjusting the external resistance, the driving current of the high brightness LED lamp can be controlled to make the brightness of the LED lamp reach the expected constant brightness.    CXLE8695内置高精度误差放大器。是一款高效率,稳定可靠的高亮度LED灯驱动控制 IC,内置高精度比较器,off-time控制电路,恒流驱动控制电路等,特别适合大功率,多个高亮度LED灯串恒流驱动。采用固定 off-time 控制工作方式,其工作频率可高达 1MHz,可使外部电感和滤波电容、体积减少,效率提高。在 EN脚加PWM信号,可调节LED灯的亮度。通过调节外置的电阻,能控制高亮度LED灯的驱动电流,使 LED灯亮度达到预期恒定亮度,流过高亮度LED灯的电流可从几毫安到2安培变化。tM9嘉泰姆

  CXLE8695采用ESOP-14/PP封装。散热片内置接SW脚。有利于芯片散热。tM9嘉泰姆
