Cxle86149 is a single channel high voltage linear constant current LED driver chip. Cxle86149 adopts linear constant current technology and sets the driving current of LED lamp string through external resistance; it adopts two-stage structure and flexible configuration, which can adapt to the application requirements of various LED lamps of 3-18 watts; it adopts adaptive valley filling patent technology, which can improve the efficiency and linear adjustment rate of power system, and the maximum driving power of a single IC can be increased to 18W.   CXLE86149是一款单通道高压线性恒流LED驱动芯片。CXLE86149 采用线性恒流技术,通过外部电阻设定LED灯串的驱动电流;采用分两段结构,配置灵活,可适应3~18瓦各种LED灯具的应用要求;采用自适应填谷专利技术,很好地改善电源系统的效率和线性调整率,单颗IC最高驱动功率可提升到18W。单段高压线性驱动IC;可高PF可无频闪应用;AC96V-30V,AC190V-260V应用rHe嘉泰姆

如图3所示,为CXLE86149 采用自适应填谷的典型应用电路。图中,开关管N1和电解电容C1构成自适应填谷电路,在整流桥输出电压上升阶段,通过开关管对电容充电。充电过程中,SDS3106B检测整流桥输出电压,当整流输出电压高于某个阈值电压时,CXLE86149 控制开关管N1停止对电容C1充电。当整流桥输出电压下降低于电容电压时,电容对LED灯串放电。rHe嘉泰姆

图3中,电容C1下极板的电压通过二极管隔离后接到CB引脚并送到芯片内部的检测电路,以在上电过程中保护开关管;开关管驱动端通过串接电阻R2和电容C3,以减少开关管开启时的过冲,保护CXLE86149 GATE引脚,同时减少系统EMI干扰。rHe嘉泰姆

如图4是自适应填谷的LED灯串驱动电压波形,Vth1是LED灯串完全点亮的电压,Vth2是电容C1停止充电的电压。一方面,合理地设置电容大小,保证电容C1放电过程中最低电压正好等于Vth1,可以保证交流电220V时,电源系统效率最高;另一方面,当交流电电压升高时,电容C1上最高电压Vth2不会随着升高,在T1和T4时间段,加在LED灯串上的电压不会升高,这样克服了传统填谷电路电源效率随交流电电压升高急剧变差的缺陷,通常从最优驱动点220V开始,交流电电压每上升10V电源效率下降约2%(线性调整率)。rHe嘉泰姆
