Cxle8649 is a kind of LED constant current driver with adjustable output current and low voltage difference. Only one external resistance is needed to form a complete LED constant current drive circuit. Adjusting the external resistance can adjust the output current, and the adjustable range of output current is 10mA ~ 1500mA. Cxle8649 has built-in temperature compensation function, which starts protection when the chip temperature exceeds 100oC, automatically reduces the output current, and avoids damage caused by overheating of IC temperature. In addition, the chip has overheat protection buffer, so there will be no flash phenomenon during protection. Cxle8649 has undervoltage protection function. Cxle8649 is equipped with soft start function, which can prevent the flash of LED brightness at the moment of power on.
