Cxle8649 is a kind of LED constant current driver with adjustable output current and low voltage difference. Only one external resistance is needed to form a complete LED constant current drive circuit. Adjusting the external resistance can adjust the output current, and the adjustable range of output current is 10mA ~ 1500mA. Cxle8649 has built-in temperature compensation function, which starts protection when the chip temperature exceeds 100oC, automatically reduces the output current, and avoids damage caused by overheating of IC temperature. In addition, the chip has overheat protection buffer, so there will be no flash phenomenon during protection. Cxle8649 has undervoltage protection function. Cxle8649 is equipped with soft start function, which can prevent the flash of LED brightness at the moment of power on. Cxle8649 realizes VDD connection PWM dimming, the dimming frequency is up to 3kHz, and the dimming resolution and linearity are good

CXLE8649是一种输出电流可调的、低压差的LED恒流驱动器,仅需一个外接电 阻就可以构成一个完整的LED恒流驱动电路,调节该外接电阻就可以调节输出电 流,输出电流可调范围为10mA~1500mA。 CXLE8649内置温度补偿功能,当芯片温度超过100 oC时启动保护,自动降低输 出电流,避免IC温度过热而造成损坏。另 外,芯片具有过热保护缓冲,保护时不会 有灯闪的现象。 CXLE8649有欠压保护功能。 CXLE8649带软启动功能,该功能可 以防止芯片在上电瞬间出现LED亮度的闪烁。 CXLE8649实现VDD接驳PWM调光,调光频率高达3KHz,调光分辨率和 线性度良好。 9VD嘉泰姆

CXLE8649采用 SOT-89-5、ESOP8 和 SOP8 的封装形式。
