Cxle8875 is a low-voltage differential, high-precision 16 bit constant current driver chip for LED display. Its built-in CMOS displacement register and latch function can convert serial input data into parallel output data format. The input voltage range of the chip is 3.3V to 5V, providing 16 constant current sources, which can provide a constant current of 3-45ma in each output stage to drive the LED. Because cxle8875 adopts high-precision constant current driving circuit and temperature compensation circuit, it ensures that the driving current consistency between chip bits, chips and batches is good under different temperature conditions and harsh use environment

CXLE8875是一款专用于LED显示屏的低压差、高精度16位恒流驱动芯片。它内建的CMOS位移寄存器与锁存功能,可以将串行的输入数据转换成平行输出数据格式。芯片的输入电压范围值为3.3伏特至5伏特,提供16个恒定电流源,可以在每个输出级提供 3-45mA 的恒定电流量以驱动 LED。由于CXLE8875采用了高精度恒流驱动电路和温度补偿电路,确保了芯片在不同的温度条件和恶劣的使用环境下,芯片位与位间、片与片间,批与批间驱动电流一致性好。单一颗IC内输出通道的电流差异小于±3%;多颗IC间的输出电流差异小于±6%;电流随着输出端承受电压(VDS)的变化,被控制在每伏特0.1%;且电流受电源电压(VDD)、环境温度的变化也被控制在1%。CXLE8875可以选用不同阻值的外接电阻Rext来调整CXLE8875各输出端口的电流大小;同时也可以在OE端采用PWM调制,最小脉宽能达到50ns。因此,可精确地控制LED的发光亮度。 CXLE8875 采用先进的工艺和优良的设计来保证芯片的可靠性。CXLE8875可靠的防静电技术和抗干扰技术,使芯片数据传输更稳定、工作更可靠,芯片抗静电能力高达4KV以上。此外,CXLE8875能响应25MHz的高速时钟频率以满足系统对大量数据传输的需求3uC嘉泰姆
