Cxle8444 is a kind of LED constant current control chip with high precision primary side feedback. It is suitable for flyback LED constant current power supply with input voltage of 85vac ~ 264Vac and up and down voltage LED constant current power supply. Cxle8444 works in the intermittent mode of inductive current, adopts the original side feedback mode, and can realize constant current without secondary feedback circuit and compensation circuit, which greatly saves system cost and volume. The chip adopts the patented constant current control mode, which can achieve excellent linear adjustment rate and load adjustment rate. The cxle8444 chip has a high-precision current sampling circuit, which makes the LED output current accuracy within ?2%. Cxle8444 has multiple protection functions, including LED open circuit protection, led short circuit protection, chip over temperature protection, over-voltage protection, under voltage protection, FB short circuit protection, etc

   CXLE8444是一款高精度原边反馈的LED恒流控制芯片。 适用于输入电压85Vac~264Vac内反激式、升降压 式LED恒流电源。 CXLE8444工作在电感电流断续模式,采用原边反馈模式,无需次级反馈电路,也无需补偿电路即可实现恒流,极大的节约系统成本和体积。芯片采用了专利的恒流控制方式,可以达到优异的线性调整率和负载调整率。 CXLE8444芯片内带有高精度的电流取样电路,使得LED输出电流精度达到±2%以内。 CXLE8444具有多重保护功能,包括LED开路保护、LED短路保护、芯片过温保护、过压保护、欠压保护和 FB 短路保护等。 CXLE8444采用小体积SOT23-5封装。EcU嘉泰姆
