Battery-Powered Boost High-Brightness White LED Driver Open Circuit Protection Integrated Circuit Cxle86230

CXLE86230 is a boost high-brightness white LED driver chip suitable for low-cost and small-volume applications. CXLE86230 adopts PFM operation mode, providing high efficiency in a wide range of input voltage and LED current. The higher switching frequency allows CXLE86230 to use smaller external components. The low current of 47uA (typical) makes CXLE86230 ideal for battery-powered applications. The LED current is set by an external current detection resistor, and the typical FB pin feedback voltage is 130mV. By applying PWM signal to DIM pin to realize LED brightness adjustment in the process of adjusting LED, LED current is continuous, so audio interference will not occur. CXLE86230 has the LED open circuit protection function, which can prevent the LED from exceeding the maximum voltage rating under the open circuit condition. DIM pins can also be used to turn off CXLE86230 and enter the shutdown mode with extremely low power consumption. CXLE86230 is packaged in a space-saving 6-pin SOT23 package.

CXLE86230 is a boost high-brightness white LED driver chip suitable for low-cost and small-volume applications.
