CXLE86227 is a step-down constant current and high brightness LED driver integrated circuit operating from 4V to 28v. The LED current is set by an external current detection pass resistor, and the accuracy can reach 5%. The DIM pin can realize the LED brightness adjustment function. The dimming method can be PWM dimming or analog dimming. Due to the hysteresis control method, CXLE86227 has a very fast response speed to load transients and a high rejection ratio to input voltage. The inductor current ripple is 20%. The highest operating frequency can reach 1MHz. The operating temperature ranges from-40℃ to 85℃. CXLE86227 is packaged in SOT23 with 6 pins.
