CXLE86224 is a current modulation integrated circuit with a constant output current of 1. 5A, which can be used to drive all kinds of light emitting diodes including white light emitting diodes. The LED terminal current of CXLE86224 is set by an external resistor, and the current range is 30mA to 1.5A. The chip is integrated with power transistors, which greatly reduces the number of external components. Other functions include chip temperature modulation, Chip Enable input, etc. CXLE86224 has the advantages of few peripheral components, convenient use, multi-mode dimming, high efficiency, and is very suitable for the application of portable products. CXLE86224 adopts 8-pin eSOP8 package with enhanced heat dissipation capability.
