CXLE86219 column is a PWM controlled constant current boost DC/DC driver, which is mainly used for backlight LED drivers on devices such as Full HD screen. When the input voltage is 3.6V, 7 strings of 10 and 70 LEDs can be driven. Overvoltage and temperature protection are integrated inside the circuit. The brightness of the LED can be adjusted by adding PWM signals at CE terminal. The chip is integrated with an internal resistance of power tube 80 Mohm.
