CXLE86217 series is a fixed frequency, constant current boost DC/DC converter. It adopts high-voltage CMOS process with a maximum input voltage of 20V. In high-voltage input, CXLE86217 has strong driving capability, so it can achieve high-power constant current driving requirements. CXLE86217 control stable output current through external resistance, easy to use. At the same time, due to the adoption of 1.2MHz internal PWM working mode, both external inductance and capacitance can be greatly reduced and the application cost can be reduced. CXLE86217 adopts SOP8/PP package, and the temperature on the chip surface will be reduced to the greatest extent when driven by high power.
