Cxle86123 is a buck constant current driver chip for driving high brightness LED. Few components are used outside cxle86123, providing a high cost-effective solution for MR16 LED lamp cup, led stage lamp, vehicle LED lamp, solar LED lamp and LED street lamp. The input voltage range of cxle86123 is from 5V to 30V, and the output current is set through the sampling resistance. The maximum output current of a single LED can reach 750ma. Cxle86123 adopts patented constant current control method to make LED current accuracy as high as ?3%. Cxle86123 receives 0.5-2.5v analog dimming and wide frequency range PWM dimming through dim pin. When the voltage of dim is lower than 0.3V, the power switch is turned off and cxle86123 enters the standby state of very low working current. The cxle86123 has a built-in power switch. Depending on the input voltage, the cxle86123 can drive multiple 1 watt or 3 Watt LEDs

一.产品概述
CXLE86123是一款驱动高亮度LED的降压恒流驱动芯片，CXLE86123外部采用极少的元器件，为MR16 LED灯杯、LED舞台灯、车载LED灯、太阳能LED灯和LED路灯提供一个极高性价比的解决方案。CXLE86123输入电压范围从5伏到30伏，输出电流通过采样电阻设定，单颗LED最大输出电流可达750毫安。CXLE86123采用专利技术的恒流控制方法使得LED电流精度高达±3％。CXLE86123通过DIM引脚接受0.5-2.5V的模拟调光以及频率范围很宽的PWM调光。当DIM的电压低于0.3V时，功率开关关断， CXLE86123进入极低工作电流的待机状态。CXLE86123 内置功率开关，根据不同的输入电压，CXLE86123可以驱动多颗1瓦或3瓦的LED。CXLE86123包含过温保护、LED 短路和开路保护功能。CXLE86123采用体积很小SOT89-5封装。
