Cxle86103 is a high efficiency, step-down high brightness LED constant current driver chip. Two functions are integrated inside: full light and micro light 25%. The mode switching between the two functions can be realized through the on-off of the power switch. No additional MCU or other control IC is required.
The cxle86103 adopts the peak current control mode with fixed off time, and its working frequency can reach up to 1MHz, which can reduce the volume of external inductance and filter capacitance, improve efficiency and save PCB area. The minimum turn off time is 620ns, which can be adjusted by the external RC capacitor, and the working frequency can also be adjusted according to the user's requirements.
Cxle86103 sets the current flowing through the LED lamp by adjusting the resistance value of the external current detection resistor, so as to set the brightness of the LED lamp. The current flowing through the LED lamp can vary from tens of Ma to 4.5 A

一.产品概述
CXLE86103是一款高效率，降压型高亮度LED灯恒流驱动芯片。内部集成了二功能：全亮、微亮 25%。通过电源开关的通断即可实现二功能之间的模式切换。无需外加MCU或其他控制IC。
CXLE86103采用固定关断时间的峰值电流控制方式，其工作频率最高可达1MHz，可使外部电感和滤波电容体积减小，效率提高，节省PCB面积。关断时间最小为620ns，并可通过外部 RC电容进行调节，工作频率也可根据用户要求进行调节。
CXLE86103通过调节外置电流检测电阻的阻值来设置流过LED灯的电流，从而设置LED灯的亮度，流过LED灯的电流可从几十毫安到4.5安培变化。
CXLE86103采用SOT23-6封装。
