CXLE86231 high voltage step-down constant current driver is an industrial-grade high-reliability LED driver chip developed for precision lighting systems in complex power supply environments. Its breakthrough supports an ultra-wide input voltage range of 8-60V, integrates an efficient synchronous rectification architecture, and achieves 95% peak conversion efficiency at a fixed frequency of 220kHz, it can drive 12 strings of high-power LED and output stable power up to 12W. The chip adopts a temperature level 1 certified SOP8-EP package, built-in Class3A ESD protection and intelligent thermal management system, ensure that the current accuracy of ± 3% is maintained in the extreme environment of-40℃ to + 125℃.gPJ嘉泰姆

The core advantage of this device lies in its system-level innovative design: Integrated Digital compensation module reduces 70% peripheral components and supports 0-100% full duty cycle analog brightness adjustment; 0.21V precision current sampling combined with multi-level current limiting protection, realize safe operation under 1.5A continuous current.
