CXLE86205 is a current mode COT controlled step-down switch galvanostat. The input range is 2.7V to 6.0V, and the internal synchronous power switch provides high efficiency. Using COT control circuit to achieve adjustable duty cycle, it has the characteristics of low ripple, high efficiency and large output current in the full input voltage range. CXLE86205 built-in power MOSFETs, which use many protection circuits such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and overheating, will be automatically disconnected when the control value is exceeded to protect the chip. CXLE86205 is packaged in SOT23-5L, which can provide a compact solution and reduce external components.
