Cxsd6230 is an asynchronous step-down converter with voltage withstand up to 42V and output current of 0.4A. The cxsd6230 is specially optimized for the needs of smart meters. It uses special PWM control technology, no-load frequency hopping, frequency will not fall into 500KHz, thus affecting carrier communication. The efficiency of 125mA output of standard single-phase meter and 400mA output of three-phase meter are 93% and 95% respectively. At the same time, it can achieve the ultra-small ripple required by the meter. Cxsd6230 is the industry's smallest inductive current limiting device, which ensures that the output short circuit will have the least impact on the previous power supply transformer, and will not "pull up" the previous power supply, affecting other power supply circuits

CXSD6230是一颗耐压高至42V，输出电流0.4A的异步降压转换器.。CXSD6230是专为智能电表的需求特别优化设计。其采用特别的PWM控制技术，空载时不跳频，频率不会跌入500KHz从而影响载波通讯。并在12V输出国网标准单相表125mA输出时效率达到93%，三相表400mA输出时效率达95%。同时又可以实现电表要求的超小的纹波。CXSD6230是行业中电感限流最小的，保证输出短路时，对前级供电变压器的影响最小，不会“拉死”前级供电，影响其他供电回路。
