Cxsu6392 is a true off Synchronous Boost Converter with output up to 5V / 3a and boost up to 5V / 2A efficiency up to 90% under 3.3V input. The cxsu6392 adopts 1MHz oscillation frequency and 2.2uh inductance. Only two 22uF output capacitors are needed to achieve 50mV output ripple. Under the condition of such high current, high efficiency and high stability output, and with the design of extremely high power density, the packaging situation of qfn3x3-16 is adopted. At the same time, the cxsu6392 integrates the USB interface automatic identification function that can be compatible with the high current charging of apple and Samsung tablet computers. It is especially suitable for the electronic system with high-capacity lithium battery, such as MiFi, mini PCI-E module, mobile power supply, high-power Bluetooth speaker, which needs to output high-power 5V voltage.

一.产品概述
CXSU6392是一款输出达5V/3A, 3.3V输入下升压5V/2A效率高达90%以上的真关断同步升压转换器。CXSU6392采用了1MHz的振荡频率,采用2.2uH电感,仅需要两个22uF输出电容即可达到50mV的输出纹波。在如此大电流,高效率,高稳定性输出的条件下,同时具备极高功率密度的设计,采用QFN3x3-16的封装包装形势,同时CXSU6392集成了能兼容苹果和三星平板电脑大电流充电的USB接口自动识别功能。特别适合MIFI、Mini PCI-E模块、移动电源、大功率蓝牙音箱等大容量锂电池对外需输出大功率5V电压的电子系统。
