The CXSU6384 is a step-up converter that provides a boosted output voltage from a low voltage source. Because of its proprietary design, it starts up at a very low input voltage down to 850mV, making it an ideal choice for single cell alkaline/NiMH battery operations. A switching frequency of 1MHz minimizes solution footprint by allowing the use of tiny, low profile inductors and ceramic capacitors. The current mode PWM design is internally compensated, reducing external parts count

一.产品概述RR6嘉泰姆


       CXSU6384是一款0.85V启动的PWM控制同步升压转换器。CXSU6384一般可满足500mA的输出电流,最高输出电压为5V。在空载待机时,功耗在100uA左右。同时CXSU6384是一款轻载高效的PWM控制升压转换器,不同于简单的PFM升压,没有PFM升压所必须的输出电容必须要有ESR来稳定环路的要求,可使用体积超小的陶片电容。加之其1M开关频率,可采用超小的电感以及本身SOT23-5的小体积封装,特别适合PCB空间有限的手持设备。RR6嘉泰姆
