Cxsu6334 series is a switching DC / DC boost voltage stabilizing chip controlled by PFM in CMOS process. It is mainly composed of reference voltage reference, oscillator and comparator. The output voltage ripple is low, the output voltage ripple is low, the conversion efficiency is high, and the carrying capacity is strong. There are fixed duty cycle of 75% (low output voltage state) and 88% (high output voltage state). Only one inductor, one capacitor and one diode are needed. When the voltage at the cont point exceeds the limit value, the protection circuit will turn off the built-in FET to prevent device damage. Its protection characteristics, small package and low power consumption are very suitable for portable products.

CXSU6334系列是CMOS工艺PFM控制的开关型DC/DC升压稳压芯片，其内部主要由参考电压基准，振荡 器，比较器组成，输出电压纹波低 输出电压纹波低，转换效率高，带载能力强。有固定占空比75%(低输出电压状态 低输出电压状态)和 88%(高输出电压状态)。其外围仅需一个电感、一个电容和一个二极管。当CONT点电压超过限定值时保 护电路会关断内置场效应管以防止器件损坏。其保护特性及小封装和低功耗特性非常适合应用于便携式 产品。
