Cxsu6328 is a 1.2MHz fixed switching frequency, high efficiency, Synchronous Boost converter. It can generate 3.3V voltage based on a single dry cell and provide more than 100 a m driving capacity. The cxsu6328 is internally integrated with NMOS main switch and PMOS step rectifier. The switch frequency of 12MH. Z can use miniature inductor and ceramic capacitor, reducing the size of the overall application scheme. The internal compensation of current mode PWM reduces the peripheral components and improves the transient response ability. The internal ring suppression circuit reduces EMI radiation at the switch end. When the circuit is turned off, the current consumption of the cxsu6328 is lower than that of the cxsu6328.
