Cxsu6305 series is a fixed frequency, high efficiency boost DC / DC controller, mainly used for OLED drive. The output voltage of the product can reach 22 V at most, and the OLED can be driven by 12V when the lithium battery is powered. A large tube with internal resistance of 2 ohm is integrated in the circuit, which can withstand 22V voltage. It adopts sot-23-5 small package to save PCB space and BOM cost

        CXSU6305系列是一款固定频率、高效率的升压DC/DC 控制器,主要R6C嘉泰姆
用于OLED驱动。该产品的输出电压最高可以达到22 V,锂电池供电时可以R6C嘉泰姆
输出12V电压驱动OLED。电路内部集成了一个内阻2欧姆的大管子, 耐压R6C嘉泰姆
可支持22V,采用SOT-23-5小型封装,节省了PCB空间及BOM成本。R6C嘉泰姆
