The cxld6489 series is a dual high-speed, low-pressure differential developed with CMOS technology,
High precision output voltage, low consumption current positive voltage voltage regulator. Because of the built-in low-pass resistance transistor, the differential pressure is low and the output current can be larger. In order to make the load current not exceed the current capacity of the output transistor, overload current protection circuit and short circuit protection circuit are built in. Each voltage regulator can adjust the output voltage independently through trimming, and the voltage output range is 1.0V to 6.0V. Each voltage regulator can be enabled independently, thus reducing the power consumption of the system. Cxld6489 series adopts small package such as sot-23-6l, so it can be installed with high density

一,产品概述(General Description)         4wh嘉泰姆
         CXLD6489系列是使用CMOS技术开发的双高速、低压差,4wh嘉泰姆
高精度输出电压,低消耗电流正电压型电压稳压器。由于内置有4wh嘉泰姆
低通态电阻晶体管,因而压差低,能够获得较大的输出电流。为4wh嘉泰姆
了使负载电流不超过输出晶体管的电流容量,内置了过载电流保4wh嘉泰姆
护电路、短路保护电路。每一个电压调整器可独立通过修条来调4wh嘉泰姆
整输出电压,电压输出范围为1.0V到6.0V。每一个电压调整器可4wh嘉泰姆
独立使能,因而降低了系统功耗。CXLD6489系列采用SOT-23-6L4wh嘉泰姆
等小型封装,故可高密度安装。4wh嘉泰姆
