CXLD64375 is a single-channel cost-effective power MOSFET tube or high-power bipolar transistor gate or base drive special chip, which integrates input logic signal processing circuit, SD fast shutdown processing circuit and high current output drive circuit, and is dedicated to power MOSFET tube driver for power converter and motor controller.Mgk嘉泰姆
The CXLD64375 power supply voltage range is 3V ~ 30V wide, and the static power consumption is only 2mA low. The output structure has independent source current OUTD terminal and sink current OUTS terminal pins, which can be used to independently adjust the rising edge time and falling edge time input to MOSFET transistor G pole.
