The CXLD64365 is a low-dropout, low-power linear regulator fabricated in a CMOS process with a built-in reference circuit, error amplifier, and feedback resistor network. Input voltage up to 30V, output current up to 250mA. The internal feedback voltage can be set to a fixed output voltage, and the voltage range is from 1.5V to 12V.

The CXLD64365 is a low-dropout, low-power linear regulator fabricated in a CMOS process with a built-in reference circuit, error amplifier, and feedback resistor network. The CXLD64365 input voltage is up to 30V and the output current is up to 250mA. The internal feedback voltage can be set to a fixed output voltage, and the voltage range is from 1.5V to 12V.
