Cxld6437 series is a high ripple rejection, low voltage difference, high precision output voltage, low consumption current positive voltage voltage regulator developed by CMOS technology. Because of the built-in low-pass resistance transistor, the differential pressure is low and the output current can be larger. In order to make the load current not exceed the current capacity of the output transistor, an overload current protection circuit and a temperature protection circuit are built in. In addition, due to the small package of sot-89-3 and sot-23-3, it can be installed with high density.
