Cxld6437 series is a high ripple rejection, low voltage difference, high precision output voltage, low consumption current positive voltage voltage regulator developed by CMOS technology. Because of the built-in low-pass resistance transistor, the differential pressure is low and the output current can be larger. In order to make the load current not exceed the current capacity of the output transistor, an overload current protection circuit and a temperature protection circuit are built in. In addition, due to the small package of sot-89-3 and sot-23-3, it can be installed with high density.          CXLD6437系列是使用CMOS技术开发的高纹波抑制,低压差,g7h嘉泰姆
高精度输出电压,低消耗 电流正电压型电压稳压器。由于内置有低通g7h嘉泰姆
态电阻晶体管,因而压差低,能够获得较大的输出电流。为了使负载g7h嘉泰姆
电流 不超过输出晶体管的电流容量,内置了过载电流保护电路、温度g7h嘉泰姆
保护电路。此外,因采用SOT-89-3,SOT-23-3小型封 装,故可高密g7h嘉泰姆
