Cxld6432 series is a high-speed, low-voltage differential, high-precision output voltage, low consumption current positive voltage voltage regulator developed by CMOS technology. Because of the built-in low-pass resistance transistor, the differential pressure is low and the output current can be larger. In order to make the load current not exceed the current capacity of the output transistor, an overload current protection circuit is built in. Due to the use of sot-23-5l, dfnwb1.8 ?2-6l, sot-89-5l and other small packages, it can be installed with high density.

一,产品概述(General Description)         DF1嘉泰姆
      CXLD6432系列是使用CMOS技术开发的高速、低压差,高精度输出电压,DF1嘉泰姆
低消耗电流正电压型电压稳压器。由于内置有低通态电阻晶体管,因而压差DF1嘉泰姆
低,能够获得较大的输出电流。为了使负载电流不超过输出晶体管的电流容DF1嘉泰姆
量,内置了过载电流保护电路。因采用SOT-23-5L,DFNWB1.8×2-6L,SOT-DF1嘉泰姆
89-5L等小型封装,故可高密度安装。DF1嘉泰姆
