Cxsu63200 series products are a high efficiency, low ripple, high frequency PFM boost DC-DC converter. The cxsu63200 series products only need four peripheral components to transform and boost the low input battery voltage to the required working voltage, which is very suitable for portable 1-4 ordinary battery applications. The reference voltage structure with high performance and low power consumption is adopted in the circuit. At the same time, correction technology is introduced in the production to ensure the high output accuracy and low temperature drift of the output voltage. The output voltage accuracy is better than ?2.5%, and the highest efficiency is 89%.
The cxsu63200 series products have four packaging forms: SOT23, SOT23-5, sot89-3 and TO-92. Among them, the SOT23-5 package is equipped with an en enable terminal, which can control the working state of the converter. When the en enable terminal input is low power, the chip is in the off power saving state, and the power consumption is minimized.

了高性能、低功耗的参考电压电路结构，同时在生产中引入修正技术，保证了输出电
压的高输出精度及低温度漂移。输出电压精度优于±2.5%，最高效率可达89%。
CXSU63200系列产品总共有四种封装形式：SOT23、SOT23-5、SOT89-3和
TO-92。其中，SOT23-5封装内置了EN使能端，可控制变换器的工作状态，当
EN使能端输入为低电平时，芯片处于关断省电状态，功耗降至最小。
