一.产品概述
CXSU63124是一款高频高效率的升压转换器，内部集成了3A 0.1Ω的功率MOSFET，最大输出可以到26V，1.2MHZ的工作频率减小了输入输出电容、电感选择和纹波。还集成了软启动、回路补偿，外围只需很少的器件。它的开关电流门限可以通过一个电阻简单设定。
