The CXSU63120 is a high frequency, high efficiency DC to DC onverter with an integrated 2.8A, 0.1Ω power switch capable of providing an output voltage up to 26V. The fixed 1.2MHz allows the use of small external inductions and capacitors and provides fast transient response. It integrates Soft start, Comp,only need few components outside.

CXSU63120是一款高频高效率的升压转换器，内部集成了2.8A 0.1Ω的功率MOSFET，最大输出可以到26V，1.2MHZ的工作频率减小了输入输出电容、电感选择和纹波。还集成了软启动、回路补偿、过流保护功能，外围只需很少的器件。
