   The CXSD6133B is a current mode monolithic buck  switching regulator. sN7嘉泰姆

Operating with an input range of 4.7V~18V, the CXSD6133B delivers 2A of sN7嘉泰姆

continuous output current with two integrated N-Channel MOSFETs. The internalsN7嘉泰姆

 synchronous power switches provide high efficiency without the use of ansN7嘉泰姆

 external Schottky diode. At light loads, the regulator operates in low frequencysN7嘉泰姆

 to maintain high efficiency and low output ripples.Current mode control providessN7嘉泰姆

 tight load transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limit.The CXSD6133BsN7嘉泰姆

 guarantees robustness with short-circuit protection, thermal protection,currentsN7嘉泰姆

 run-away protection, input under voltage lockout.The CXSD6133B is sN7嘉泰姆

available in 6-pin TSOT23-6 package, which provides a compact solutionsN7嘉泰姆

 with minimal external components.sN7嘉泰姆
